An Agent provides a free face to face information service to the community and an Internet enabled computer, printer, fax and photocopier for customers to conduct their Centrelink related business. Agents can accept customer forms and other documentation required by Centrelink, conduct proof of identity checks (sight and copy original documents) as well as assist and guide customers in the use of Centrelink Self Service. Customers can use the telephone to contact the Centrelink Call Centre for further assistance if required.

A self help facility to access our services. It has brochures and fact sheets, a phone to speak with the Centrelink Call Centre, and a fax/copier to send information to us. Identified Access Points can also offer proof of identity checks (sight and copy original documents).
